• Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) tincture equivalent dry flower 100mg
• Hops (Humulus lupulus) tincture equivalent dry strobile 100mg
• Also contains non-palm vegetable glycerine, ethanol, and mandarin essential oil
• Formulated without gluten, wheat, animal products, dairy, egg, soy, corn, artificial colours, artificial flavours, artificial sweeteners, and preservatives

Directions

Shake well before use. Recommended dosage for adults and children over 12 years: 5ml. Take two doses 30 minutes apart before bed. Repeat if needed to a maximum of 5 doses in a 24 hour period.
